A weekend storm brought very ch-ch-chilly temps and dumped at least a foot of snow on western Massachusetts.
As always, the snow-covered tree branches look gorgeous.
I surveyed the front and back yards from our porches and reveled in the surrounding beauty.
The bird feeder has a big roof of snow and the little winged ones lunch hungrily on the seeds we provide for them.
There's a heater in the birdbath, too, so they can have a drink if they so choose.
Ah yes, this storm came a bit early for my tastes but Mother Nature could care less about that. ha!
ARE YOU IN THE MIDST OF PREPARING FOR THANKSGIVING?

Today I am cleaning and am taking a break. Tomorrow preparing. Andy lost his wallet so we are also looking for that.
I love your snow!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Have a good day.
Wow that's pretty, but thankfully none of that here in central Illinois. A little chilly out, but I'm not ready for snow (it's the driving in it that I hate).
Happy frozen Thanksgiving :)
Lovely to look at. I have fond memories of living and working in western Mass in the early 1970s and loved the autumn weather there.
Oh my here it will be 77 on Thanksgiving. Just looking at that snow gives me the chills. I love your heading for this post though Susan. That made me laugh out loud. Enjoy your white Thanksgiving.
This is beautiful to me, Susan. Maybe you'll have a white Christmas! I've always dreamed of one. Your pictures are so pretty. Stay warm and cozy, and Happy Thanksgiving, dear.
love, ~Sheri
