One super nice catalog has big, expensive prices on most of the items.
A darling Victorian girl figurine in pink definitely caught my eye.
She stands about seven inches high.
She got clipped and pasted but not ordered.
To make a long story short, on an excursion to Hobby Lobby this past Christmas season, my shopping cart stopped abruptly.
There on a shelf was a darling Victorian girl in, you guessed it, pink and she was very similar to the high-priced darling in the expensive catalog!
It was like a little dream come true with an only $8 price tag.
She's a sweetheart.
All through the holiday season, she stood, holding a little wreath, near a dark red vase filled with burgundy faux poinsettias.
Think I'll keep her around for awhile, maybe even til the snow melts and spring arrives!
WHAT IS AN EXAMPLE OF RECREATIONAL FUN IN YOUR OWN LIFE?

I collect these frosty people, and YES, you can find them at Hobby Lobby! I love your Pink Victorian girl, and I have one similar in BLUE. She looks so nice next to the vase with poinsettias. I love the frosty people, and I hope to have a village someday. :)
May the new year be kind to you, Susan.

Your Pink Victorian Girl is precious and so sweet. Love the pretty wreath in her hands too. ENJOY her throughout the whole winter season.
