Enjoy the Rainbows of Life...

Despite the  difficulties, pain, and worries of life, there are also lots of rainbows.

The trick is appreciating each moment of the day and focusing on the good, rather than the bad things happening.

Because we are human, life holds its share of both dark times and rainbow times.

A crystal cross that sits on the kitchen window sill reminded me of rainbows one sunny late afternoon this past week.

The sun filtered through the crystal cross and filled the kitchen with lots of colorful rainbows.

There were rainbows everywhere!

They made me smile, despite the heel of my foot paining me from a diagnosis of plantar fasciitis.

So, into each life some pain and rainbows must fall!

WHAT DO RAINBOWS MAKE YOU THINK OF?

Rainbows make me think of hope and love of those who have passed on.

this post fills me with such joy. When my friend was dying of cancer, I walked her through the rainbows in her kitchen and she tried to clasp onto them. Such a fond memory you triggered.

This reminds me of the crystals my great-aunt and great-uncle had hanging in their windows. When we visited them we would see these little rainbows everywhere in the morning. Love them.

Reminds me of the covenant with God that Noah had at the end of the flood. I love rainbows.

Andy had a teacher die from his school. THe day the kids went back a rainbow appeared over his classroom. I think it was a message everything would be okay. He was a wonderful Christian young man. Freak accident. Love, sandie

I'm sorry to hear of your foot pain, Susan. I have seen this verse "Be Still" a lot lately, and it is such a beautiful reminder. Thank you for that.....and for the rainbow today. I bet you enjoyed all the rainbows glistening in your kitchen.
