Remember the adorable Indonesian cat decoration found at a Goodwill store?
She has been a little bolt of sunshine on the kitchen windowsill ever since (and in the header of this blog!)
Guess what?
While once again perusing the Goodwill store, on a totally different shopping excursion, her soulmate was found!
He's the cutest little blue kitty with pink inside his ears.
He joined her on the windowsill.
Isn't he just the pizazz?
That is not the end of the story.
This past weekend, I was lucky to attend a church yard sale with my daughter and four-year-old granddaughter.
After looking through all the treasures and making a few purchases, we piled back into the car.
"I bought you something, Grammie," came a little voice from the back seat. "It's a baby for the two kitties on the kitchen windowsill."
HOW DO YOU KEEP LAUGHTER AN IMPORTANT PART OF YOUR LIFE?

That is so sweet, and now the family is complete...or is it?
I love how you got your granddaughter involved! And they are so cute - a beautiful family!

what an adorable family of kitties. sweetened by your granddaughters thoughtfulness.
Hello Susan
Fantastic cats! My son would have liked it very much.
I love the cats with the spiral tails :)
And... I have a whole family of cats like the one on the last picture. They were (or still are) quite popular here in Poland. In a whole array of different colors, usually decorated with flowers.
Best greetings :)
What a wonderful surprise for you! I swear we laugh all day long around here. Even when we have something serious happen we try and find the funny in it. Once when I had a blood pressure crisis land me in the emergency room, and once we found out I was fine, we took a bunch of selfies, the 4 of us, goofing around. :) Kit
