Some love cuddly things and others are rough and tumble.
That is certainly true of our little baby twin grandsons.
We traveled to their home to celebrate a recent birthday and were awed by the creativity and ingenuity of our daughter.
One of the babies loves planes so his cake was an airport, complete with black frosting runway!
The other baby constantly sings "E i, oh" about Old MacDonald's farm so his cake was a working farm!
These cakes were truly remarkable and, of course, they were made with lots of love.
HAVE YOU EVER ATTEMPTED TO MAKE A THEMED BIRTHDAY CAKE?

What charming cakes. Perfect for each child.
The best kind of birthday cake comes from the heart. These are darling.
Did your daughter make those - and so nice they had their own cake and own idea.
When Kelly was little I made a Strawberry Shortcake cake!
Wow, these cakes are incredible. I especially like the runway one, so creative. They look like long cakes too. So much love went into making them.

I made a spaceship one time and it turned out super cute. Otherwise I'm not a cake baker or decorator!
Sorry I'm not that creative....I even am making my daughter in law bake six dozen Christmas cookies for me.
Very cool birthday cakes.
Oh how wonderful! Those kids will remember those cakes and the effort it took for years to come. I love designing special cakes for all our celebrations. It is how my creativity comes out. I love it! :) Kit
What fun! I hope they took plenty of pictures. It's amazing how even twins are so different.
