Wooden Eggs as Canvases
Hand-painted wooden Polish eggs are extremely artistic works of art.
Many years ago, when purchasing my first wooden Polish egg, to display at Easter time, its beauty intrigued me.
Someone had made exquisite artistic and colorful designs on a very unique "canvas," a wooden egg.
Throughout the years, more Polish eggs, in a huge variety of colors and designs, were purchased and added them to the collection.
One year gorgeous small eggs were found and they, too, were purchased and enjoyed.
Below are two of my favorites:
Every Easter, it's joyful taking out the Polish eggs to display.
They look quite startling all nestled together on a crystal tray in the middle of the kitchen table.
HAVE YOU SEEN HAND-PAINTED WOODEN POLISH EGGS?
