It has been said that it's important to treat people with compassion, kindness, and, above all, love.
That is true and it includes ourselves.
Much of our lives are spent helping and serving others.
How often do we actually stop and help ourselves? Treat ourselves with compassion, kindness, and love?
Some of the ways we can do this are by being gentle with ourselves, abstaining from criticism for an entire day, loving our magnificent bodies despite their flaws, and resting when needed.
So, today, I hope you are kind to everyone you come in contact with, including yourself.
