A Blessed Thanksgiving to All Who Celebrate

(Photo taken at Westwood Restaurant in Westfield, MA)

Today is Thanksgiving Day.

It's a busy, usually family-(and turkey)-filled holiday.

May everyone who celebrates it have a blessed and peaceful Thanksgiving Day.

If you are in a place that does not celebrate Thanksgiving, you are still wished peace and love.

It is a blessing to remember all we have to be thankful for.

It's impossible for a human heart to not fill with great gratitude when one starts thinking about the blessings bestowed on our lives.

Abundance, family, freedom, beauty, and countless additional gifts have been generously given to us.

So while we savor our turkey and cranberry sauce, mashed potatoes and apple pie today, we can stop for a moment, bow our heads, and thank Almighty God for so many blessings.

BESIDES FAMILY AND FRIENDS, WHAT IS THE SINGLE MOST THING YOU ARE THANKFUL FOR TODAY?

Besides family and friends the thing I'm most grateful for is the place where I live. I love my house, it's location and the weather. Happy Thanksgiving to you and your family too Susan.

It's our wedding anniversary, so top of the list today is my husband. He's kind and thoughtful and he knows how to make me laugh. Love him to bits.

I hope you had a wonderful day celebrating and feasting. Best blessings, Susan! Brenda
