Each day we are given is a gift to us.
Thinking of that when getting out of bed seems too difficult is very helpful.
Also, it's important to concentrate on enjoying little snippets of things such as pink roses and pretty objects that can be used to decorate our homes.
May you enjoy this day to the hilt and feel blessed just to be alive!

I have a new basket of artificial flowers that a good friend made me for Christmas that I will be putting somewhere in my living room to spruce it up. I am taking down Christmas decorations. Enjoy your new year of life today and in the coming days.
