This is a wonderful list of all the thankful things in Summer, Susan. Many of them, I appreciate as well. Pistachio ice cream may by favorite. And the bird songs. I hear a mourning dove cooooing as I write this. There's nothing like homemade chocolate chip cookies. And hot dogs! - I love mine made the same way, except for mustard instead of mayonnaise.....and gotta have tomatoes too. ; ) Enjoy the rest of Summer, Susan. It goes by so quickly.

PS. I loved your own list, Susan! Lots of favourites of mine too.
A wonderful Thankful List for the good days of Summer.
Mine would be bbq's, grilled pineapple, tomatoes on the vine, cool breezes in the morning and evening, any frozen treat, ice cream or popsicles and Lemon and Lime Ades to drink or Sweet Tea. Concerts in the park, walks around the manmade lake, somany.
Thank you for sharing and also your wonderful photos.
All the fresh fruits excite me: pineapple, water melon, sweet strawberries, and cool breeze on ahot day as I sit on the patio and read. Have a great weekend.
I do like that picture of the pool you posted on your blog today Susan. I love going there when it's a hot day in the summertime and all year long too. I love ice tea and watermelon and
fresh blueberries and the sight of the Pacific ocean waves. Happy Summer.
