For reasons unknown, sheep call to my heart.
Whenever I see small sheep that are stuffed animals or on greeting cards of some kind, it's hard not to buy them.
Sheep seem to be such gentle creatures and they are so darned cute.
Of course, to me, the Shepherd, our Lord, calls out to His sheep.
He loves and protects them, leading them to all good things.
Maybe that is part of the attraction.

I adore all animals - I’m drawn to farm animals as well as dogs, cats, birds etc. There’s a cow I’m building trust with so I can kiss him. He’s like a puppy. I’m a kisser of all animals. lol. I love sheep and little lambs too - goats are a hoot. I don’t have any stuffed animals anymore due to my dust allergies.
I love sheep too, Susan. I think they call to your heart because they are gentle animals. This one you showed today is precious. And I noticed the blue cobalt in the back ground. Well, for me, it's the deer that I am drawn to. I am always amazed when one or two come in my view, and even more surprised when I see them in the neighborhood. They are dear and special animals.
