Yummy Candy Canes

Every holiday season at this time I buy candy canes for my local grandkids.

Rather than stuff them into a drawer, I hang them on the side of a glass vase-of-sorts.

Instead of traditional peppermint canes, different varieties are purchased.

The kids love them.

This is a cute and simple holiday decoration and yummy, too!

This is such a cute idea. They will have great memories of this someday, how you always had the candy canes hanging on the side of a dish....

Hi Susan. I'm visiting from over on Brenda@ it's a beautiful life. I love this idea of candy canes hanging from a vase. I wonder, is there room left in the vase to add some other little goodies? I'm going to try this idea this year for my grandkids (and us bigger kids too).

I used to give a candy cane to all my private piano students. They really appreciated them. I sometimes give them to my grandkids but not as often as when they were little. Hope yours enjoy their and they do make a cute decoration.
