Halloween decor is down, packed, and ready to be stored until next year.
Many people now get ready to decorate for the Thanksgiving holiday.
Because there are almost no decorations around here for the day of thanks, it's not unheard of to begin little by little to take out Christmas decor.
It's always exciting to open plastic containers, reach in, unwrap, and see, once again, familiar decorations from past years.
Christmas is an absolutely favorite holiday.
Soon we will also be getting out the Christmas dishes given to me by Patti, a dear late friend.
Decorating early helps stretch the season of beauty, grace, and loveliness as long as possible.
