Time Goes By, So Use It Wisely

It's really shocking how fast a day can go by without any planning.

For sure, eight to ten hours could easily and happily be spent in front of my computer, if I let it.

I'm happiest when writing, making lists and plans, writing to loved ones, and checking emails, messages, etc.

Even though there has been less and less tuning into the depressing news, I still like seeing what is happening in our world.

Making a list of what needs to be done is extremely important.

I can look at the list, happily cross some things off as they get done, and it gives my day focus.

A recent trip to Goodwill's donation station resulted in giving away a large plastic tote, filled with silk flowers of every color, shape, size and so forth.

It was HARD to let it go but necessary. There simply is not enough room in this apartment for too many things.

Spared was bouquet of deep pink and yellow flowers and a fat bouquet of very real-looking pink roses.

The latter I always love putting into my round vase with little feet, given to me by a dear girlfriend who has died.

I loved her, love the pink roses, and love the round, footed vase.

Now I am getting off this computer!

May your day have purpose and peace.
