"Chocolate Bunnies" Found in Time for Easter

Two "chocolate" bunnies, perhaps boyfriend and girlfriend, have been found in the Easter plastic bin, just in time for Easter.

Finding the bin was the first moment of celebration.

Then, rummaging among the tissue paper covered contents, the "chocolate" pair came to the surface.

They are as sweet as , well, as sweet as the chocolate they look like.

They have been around for many years at Easter time so finding them brought a big smile to my face.

Many of the Easter decorations have been given to others this year.

That's a trend that will probably be continued on every holiday from now on.

The importance of downsizing cannot be emphasized enough.

However, some things are really, REALLY hard to let go of so it's a long, drawn out process for me.

Some people can toss things into the charity bag or trash bin without hesitation but that's not me.

Items found carry lots of memories of times gone by and it's nice to reflect on them.

Well, tomorrow is Easter Sunday so today, I wish peace to all who celebrate the holiday as well as those who do not.

cute bunnies, are they edible or just for decoration?
I also have a hard time deciding what to keep as a keepsake and what to throw away, give to someone or take to the recycling yard. I wish you a Happy Easter, the most important Christian holiday that shows us that the death of our body is not the end of our life, that a new life awaits us in a new dimension, when we will see God face to face.
