Dems da Berries!

 Guess what?  We were away for Easter weekend.  
Blog posts for Writing Straight from the Heart were all completed and ready to go.
Once at our destination, I tried to log on to the blog and realized I didn't have the password. 
It's automatically connected on my pc.
Of course, the pc was home.
So there was no way to post on Saturday or Easter Sunday.
The lesson was learned---write down needed passwords in the far reaches of a notebook or memorize them.

And now for today's post:
 

Of all fruits, berries are the best.

Blackberries, blueberries, strawberries and just about any other berry are all delicious.

When guests are about to arrive, it's nice to make a berry platter.

Using different kinds of berries adds color and extra flavor.

I always wash the berries first and gently dry them.

They make a "berry" good treat for guests and are even just as delicious for at-home snacking after the guests head home.
