Do you know the squirrels around here are fresh little creatures?
They have chosen to snack on two sweet little pumpkins that sit in near chrysanthemum plants out front.
When I came out of the house and saw pieces of pumpkin scattered all over the front steps, it made me mad.I went in and got a container of cayenne pepper and sprinkled it all over the little pumpkins.
The past couple of days there have been no pumpkin pieces on the steps.
Perhaps the little bushy tails don't have hot pepper palates.
HOW DO YOU KEEP SQUIRRELS FROM DIGGING UP YOUR FLOWER BULBS?
