Flowers Are Gifts of the Earth

The expression, "Flowers are food for the soul," is so meaningful.

It is particularly apt this season of the year.  

It seems that every other post on this blog these days is about flowers.  But how can I resist such loveliness?

Don't you just love it when flowers bloom all over the place?

Bought this lovely periwinkle colored plant but I'm not sure what it is.

Is it cat mint?  Are there any gardeners out there who might tell me?
