Music Box to the Advent Wreath

At last the advent wreath is put together and sitting on the apartment kitchen counter.

My dear friend, Rosie, gave me three purple candles and I already had a pink one.

 The brass round part that the candles sit in, came from a huge church yard sale last fall.

This is the second week of Advent, the time Christians wait in anticipation to celebrate the birth of the Christ child.

 The angels and Baby Jesus in the middle of the Advent wreath play "Oh Little Town of Bethlehem" as it is a music box.
