Who can ever have enough glass bowls? (Not me.)
On a weekend Goodwill run to look for toddler dollhouse figures, a very pretty cut glass bowl zoomed right into my path of vision.
It's zig zag edges appealed to me as well as the unique design patterns.
I could picture sparkling deep red cranberry sauce in it or whipped cream for strawberry shortcake.

Its elegance was reminiscent of elegant Victorian times.
As a little voice in my mind argued that I didn't "need" another cut glass bowl, my hand was lifting the bowl off the shelf and placing it in my shopping cart!
It cost $4 and I thought that was a steal.
Loved washing the little bowl in sudsy hot water with vinegar added to it.
It shines. It sparkles. It's a beauty.
