I think it'd be nice to be a light in the world. So, with that in mind, here is today's post:
 

Once upon a time, while browsing in a most delightful Cracker Barrel gift shop, a small pink and crystal lamp just about jumped off the shelf into my hands.

Pink, as regular readers know, is my favorite color.

Plus, I love anything with crystals or that is old-fashioned looking.

It's been a long time since the little lamp came home with me but I still love it.

It's on a tall, narrow table just inside the living room.

I love the patterned shadows it casts on the wall.

HOW CAN YOU BE A LIGHT IN THE DARKNESS THIS YEAR?
