Bridal Showers Bring Joy

 Hello everyone!  Happy Monday!

This is such a busy time of year but isn't it great there are so many happy events to go to?


I love happy occasions like graduations, baby and bridal showers, weddings and so forth. 

 It's such a blessing to get together for such spirit-lifting events.


Went to a bridal shower this past weekend. Ohhhhh, it was lovely.

Met the bride-to-be for the first time and she was a living doll!


The setting of the shower was outside, near a gorgeous lake.

Weather was perfect....warm and breezy. 


Lace cloths on tables along the porch looked so charming.  

 Very pretty floral centerpieces decorated each table.

I loved the lavender touches!


And how about the view everyone had?  Wowee!

 The bride-to-be opened her gifts out on the lawn, under the trees. Perfect!

























Then we moved to the porch and had a nice lunch with three kinds of sandwiches, beans, chickpea salad, and a delicious pineapple and coconut ambrosia. 

 We even played Bridal Bingo with round candies used to cover the squares!

It was a most memorable afternoon .

Naturally, everyone wished the attractive bride-to-be and her handsome soon-to-be groom a lifetime of happiness!
