A children's consignment shop owner recently said her kind of business is the "wave of the future."
Given the state of these hard economic times, I'm inclined to agree with her.
I've been consignment shopping for years.
It's located in a house on a busy street and has a bright pink door.
Baby carriages and other items are usually displayed in front.
It carries baby, toddler, and children's clothing as well as some toys, books and baby equipment.
It's located in a quaint yet bustling New England town, Great Barrington.
I love perusing Bizzy B's. It's bright, cheerful and filled with great things!
Just look at this Victorian-looking bassinet that would be so perfect for a baby girl-turned-princess!
There's so much to look at in a relatively small space in this cool shop.
I especially love to look at little girls' clothing.
There are so many adorable outfits and styles from which to choose.
Of course, nowadays, they even have really cute things for little boy babies.
Wouldn't your favorite little Miss love the darling outfit shown below?
The personable owner, Keri Vincelette, is very particular about items she sells.
All clothing brought in to sell has to be good quality and clean in order to find a space at Bizzy B's.
Not only do young mothers looking for items benefit from the shop, women who bring items in to sell also make out well by earning extra money.
Sounds like a win/win situation to me.
By the way, if you want to reach Keri, check out the shop's Facebook page, call (413) 329-7208, or e-mail her at bizzybeco@gmail.com.
SO HOW ABOUT YOU? WHAT DO YOU LIKE ABOUT CONSIGNMENT SHOPPING?
