The Wonder of Mother Nature

Anytime doldrums threaten to darken the human spirit, flowers, particularly red ones, come to the rescue.

Looking at the intricacies of a flower, perfectly formed and magnificently attired, one cannot help but sigh in absolute wonder.

The unique creations shown in this post were part of the Spring Bulb Show at the Smith College Botanic Garden in Northampton, Massachusetts.

In the very first picture shown, I held the camera up in the air and shot down into the center of the passionately red flower.  No artist could ever create such color or form. Only the hand of the Creator could make something this breathtaking, don't you agree?

Hope your spirit feels lifted and makes you even more ready for spring!

WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE COLOR FLOWER?

Hi Susan -

Surely you jest! How can I choose between my beloved purple, happy yellow, firey red, pretty pink, and serene white?

I love 'em all!

Blessings,
Susan :)

All those gorgeous photographs of flowers lifted my spirit. Nature is amazing, especially when you look at flowers.

Red .. one of my favorite colors. Sometimes very hard to photograph. We had a bit of early morning rain today. Our internet at home is not working at the moment and yesterday was a day of running kids here there and every where. I'm pooped ! Have a wonderful Wednesday. Best wishes and blessings, Tammy

Hiya Susan! Those pictures are just gorgeous. We've had warm weather and I've been outside in the dirt. But, boohoo, tonight down to almost freezing. My tulips are coming up strong. I sure can't wait to see them bloom.

How nice to go to a spring garden show! Our only show was cancelled this year.
Great shots of some of the beauty.
