Couldn't Help It, Couldn't Resist, He Came Home With Me

It was a typical afternoon at the supermarket.

Each item put into the grocery cart got recorded on a little pad I carried with me. With the prices of things nowadays, it's imperative to keep track.

Up and down the aisles I went. When my cart swung into the end-of-Christmas-season aisle, I slowed it down to take a look.

The little snowman plate made me smile immediately.

It was only 75 cents.

I did a one minute debate in my head about want versus need.  The want won.

If the little snowman plate made me smile in the midst of post holiday exhaustion, it must might make anyone looking at it smile.

And lots of smiles made the 75 cents well worth it.

So now it's in a stand on the kitchen counter and I'm glad.

WHAT IS ONE THING IN YOUR KITCHEN THAT MAKES YOU SMILE?

This snowman is adorable! The one thing in my kitchen that makes me smile, and it's not always around, is a clean sink!! Hard to keep it that way, but I always smile when it's there! :-)

I really don't have anything in my kitchen that makes me smile. Maybe it's time to go shopping again :)

I think smiling is a NEED so your snowman is the way to that end. And it is very cute.

Whenever I can find a clear counter space in my kitchen I am happy.

Yep, I would have taken him home too.

I've discovered that no trip to the super market is "routine.":-)

I smile when I discover that my husband has decided to cook something!

That is a very happy, smile-inducing snowman plate -- definitely worth more than .75 cents. You got a real bargain and doesn't love a snowman. Enjoy! Tammy
