Bird cages can be seen just about everywhere in the decorating world.
They are in many magazine photos, articles and, of course, on pinterest.
Some people put candles inside.
Others use them to hold flowers.
Still others might even have a bird in them!
Sometimes, their price tags can knock your socks off but I found the one in this post at a thrift store.
The exact amount of money I paid for it evades me but it was less than $8.
It's gone from an ugly brown to white!
I'm on the lookout for a strand of pink rose blossoms to weave around the roof.
Maybe a little pink bird will sit inside.
The little birdie cage makes me smile.
