A Very "Tweet" Birdie Cage

Bird cages can be seen just about everywhere in the decorating world.

They are in many magazine photos, articles and, of course,  on pinterest.

Some people put candles inside.

Others use them to hold flowers.

Still others might even have a bird in them!

Sometimes, their price tags can knock your socks off but I found the one in this post at a thrift store.

The exact  amount of money I paid for it evades me but it was less than $8.

It's gone from an ugly brown to white!

I'm on the lookout for  a strand of pink rose blossoms to weave around the roof.

Maybe a little pink bird  will sit  inside.

The little birdie cage makes me smile.

DO  YOU HAVE A BIRDCAGE IN YOUR DECOR?

Nice little bird cage! It looks like a real bird cage with the wired bottom and bars for sitting on. So many things you can do with it!!

I love this birdcage! I have one but it's not nearly as pretty as your's and I haven't ever done anything with it. You are inspiring me! Thanks for joining TTF.

Yes I have one in my master bedroom. It is old and white and I bought it at my first auction almost 40 years ago. I love it! Kit
