Fruit Tart Extra Treat at Birthday Bash

Children's parties are the best.

They are such happy events that I love going.

Celebrating a little one's birth is so joyous.

At a recent birthday bash, I asked the little birthday princess how old she was now.

She held up five fingers and said, "Two."

Then she changed her mind and said, "Six."

We all got a good chuckle.

In addition to her delicious birthday cake, her Daddy, a fabulous cook, made a truly awesome fruit tart.

It was absolutely delicious.

What an extra treat at a special event for darling two-year-old.

HAVE YOU TASTED A FRUIT TART?

What a cutie pie! I love fruit tarts, and usually get mini ones when we go out to eat at a local buffet. Yummy!

Haven't had one in a l-o-n-g time! (And I think I even have a Pampered Chef tart pan - right in there with my PIE pans!)

This one looks fanTAStic.

I have tasted a fruit tart; love them. Also, feel like I am getting some healthy "antioxidants" from the fruit instead of just sugar as in a cake. This birthday tart looked delicious! Having guests over tomorrow for dinner; maybe I'll surprise them with a fruit tart!

Happy Birthday to the darling little girl.
