Waiting for Spring

The kitchen window sill angels, as well as the house occupants, are all waiting for spring.

As snow flurries outside and temperatures drop to freezer depths, only thoughts of spring can keep us all warm.

The late afternoon sunshine that bathes the little winged ones brightens things up a bit.

IS IT C-C-C-COLD WHERE YOU LIVE?

Oh, Susan, hear now that more is coming our way--ice and snow for Monday with possible flurries and rain before hand. They all disagree on how this will shape up, but just hearing it...well, I am holding best I can. Of course here, spring has meant killer tornados so I am not too excited to face that again either!

It's freezing in Michigan - schools have been closed all week in our area, and were closed two days last week. The windows have ice on them every morning and I can't imagine what our next heating bill will be. You won't hear me complain - but wait until it's hot and humid this summer. Then you will hear from me :-)

Hi, Susan!
Your window sill angel does look dreamy. Well, it is not really cold where I live now,+18 in day time and around +3 in the evening... but it is cold at home as there is no central heating here.
At my native place in Kazakhstan it is around -25-27 now..this is BRRRR!But thank God home is warm and cozy!
Have a lovely day!

Unfortunately, yes- cold and rainy... Southerners aren't uses to this stuff. ;)

we have been having -35 windchill and the regular temps well below zero. The little angel in the first picture looks very wishful....

Not so cold here anymore. Those little angels certainly do look laid back. :) Warm wishes, Tammy
