Yummy Cheeseburger Soup

Several years ago, a restaurant near the place where I worked offered cheeseburger soup at least once a week.

On those days, I definitely looked forward to lunch. The soup was always absolutely delicious.

Recently, I made cheeseburger soup at home.

There are many recipes for this kind of soup on the Internet but most call for the same basic ingredients---

-hamburger meat, potatoes, carrots, celery, grated cheese, chicken broth and sour cream.

Cheeseburger soup is very, very tasty.

If you haven't had it, why not make it? More than likely you'll be glad you did!

Now that many of us are in the heart of winter, this soup will taste even extra special.

WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE SOUP?

Without a doubt my favorite soup is beet soup that my Mom and Grandma made..also love love love their cabbage soup, chicken soup, tomato soup..anything that was homemade. They used spare ribs not hamburg and boy I wish I had some right now although it is 80 degrees where I live right now. Enjoy your cheeseburger soup...it looks good too!

Hi Susan... your Cheeseburger soup looks delicious. We like all kinds of soup in my house. Whatever soup I'm making, I usually have sour cream and grated cheese on the table to pop in the soup... Perfect..

I could eat soup year round - and I do!:) This sounds delicious! We have been enjoying Cabbage Soup most recently, though I made Lentil Soup yesterday. Today may be the day for White Chicken Chili! We have about seven inches of snow on the ground here!

Great day for Cheeseburger soup what with a roaring Nor'easter bearing down on us. Supposed to get a foot of snow or more! Definitely a winter wonderland. It's so much fun to be inside a warm and cheerful home and watch all the snow fall and the wind blow. I do worry about people who have to be out in it, tho.
Safe travels to them.

My favorite soup is probably split pea and ham. I made some from the Christmas ham and it was divine....

Enjoy your soup and the storm.

Have never heard of this!!!

It sounds delicious.

Right now, my husband is simmering home made Chicken Soup. It smells so good, I guess it is my favorite soup.

Oh and I do love a Canadian canned Pea Soup...

Happy warm eating!!!

Gentle hugs,
Tessa~

Looks good, sounds good but will have to wait for winter too hot for soup yet.
I do like a good pumpkin or chicken soup.

It looks great - I had never heard of it, but looks a lot like the chili my mom used to make.

I do love pea soup.
