A "Fruitful" Sunday

Sometimes we are caught totally off guard when it comes to the blessings of the Lord.

The other day, after washing fruit and veggies from the supermarket , I looked at the colors and variety, and thought how amazing God is.

I mean, every piece of fruit was different yet beautiful, much like His children on earth!

We have been given such abundance from His generous hand.

Today, may your Sunday be "fruitful."

And have fun, too!

WHAT IS AN UNEXPECTED BLESSING THAT YOU'VE HAD IN YOUR OWN LIFE RECENTLY?

I am often amazed at the variety of affordable and high-quality fruits and vegetables we can now get all winter here in the Midwest - we are indeed blessed. My latest blessing came from my daughter-in-law. I had a very busy day on Wed. that ended in staying with my grandsons until 5:00 p.m. because she had to have a medical test. She had made a big batch stew and gave half of it to me to take home for my and my husband's dinner. What a sweet and thoughtful daughter-in-law I have. Thank you, Lord.

Fruit and colors are a big blessing from God aren't they?

I don't know if it was unexpected - but I am very grateful for my friends today.

Lovely array of fruits and vegetables. We get them all year round here in So. Cal. I think the latest surprise blessing was having my grandson call me Grammy as he is just learning to talk. I was thrilled to hear him call me from his crib.
