Lays potato chips..either kettle cooked or plain. I've always loved those and had to give them up for lent. They will always be my favorite snack and they are NOT good for you at all. HA. I also love apple pie..can't eat nuts so wouldn't be able to eat the treat you showed today.
Oh what yummies you post here!!! :-)))))
This is a great idea! I am going to the grocery store today so will make sure I pick up some apples. Can't wait to give this a try. Thanks for the recipe! :)
The first favorite that pops to my mind is peanut butter and crackers...and a lick of the knife with a glob of peanut butter too.
This looks so yummy! I love an evening snack of ice cream with a bit of cake! Oh my so not good for you!

Welcome to everyone reading this!
Hope you are having a good day.
It's raining here in Massachusetts so we have to make our own sunshine!
Hugs to all. Susan
I bet that really does taste like apple pie! My favorite snack is walnuts - and maybe some dark chocolate chips tossed in. :-)
Hello from Spain: a very healthy recipe. I really like cakes and sweets. My favorite food is junk food ... even though I eat lots of fruit. Keep in touch
This sounds delicious!
I've been experimenting with all kinds of new ways of making healthy treats lately. It's amazing what you can do with with nuts. Have a great day. Tammy
I love apples not cakes.
I do like stewed apple but I like the crust too.
Merle................,
Hi Susan: I did not want the week to go by without wishing you and your family a Happy Easter. I am sure you will be spending time with that Grandbaby. Sending hugs your way, Martha
402 blog followers - I am so happy for you! And I pinned this recipe - it looks like a great idea for something sweet but not too sweet.
I love anything with apples and your concoction sounds great. Will have to try it.
Hummus with tortilla chips is always good for a snack too. Love olives and crackers and cheese. Guess I could go on and on....must be hungry.
Oh, this looks so yummy, Susan. I love granola. Sometimes I put pecans and blueberries in my oatmeal, and this dish reminded me of that. It looks like a healthy snack too.
love,
~Sheri
