A Day to Treasure

Today, may you find things to smile about.

May your  burdens be lifted.

May your heart be light.

May you find yourself laughing at the silliest things.

May you feel energized, happy and peaceful.

Look around you and find something or someone you love and let your heart fill with gratitude.

Feast your eyes and thoroughly enjoy this tremendous gift of a day.

TELL ABOUT  ONE  THING NEAR YOU RIGHT NOW THAT YOU CONSIDER BEAUTIFUL.
(For me, today, it's seeing some of my very favorite cranberry glass, here and there, all through the house.)

It was your first picture that caught my eye in my Blogger reader and I couldn't wait to come read your post :) Your cranberry glass is beautiful, Susan, and it looks like the same kind of glassware that my grandma collected over the years. I now have 5 pieces from her and I keep them in my bathroom.

Hugs to you, Susan!

I love the foliage this year...driving near the lake looking towards the mountains was such a joy. Used up lots of space snapping those gorgeous trees this year!!!

It's the colorful foliage just past its peak here. I've had plenty of opportunity to see it as I travel the miles to be with my parents several times a week. Add to it now the beauty of harvest as farmers eagerly attack the golden fields of beans and corn...

Hello from Spain: your cranberry glass is beautiful. Great collection pink glass. I like the feel of the sun with little force fall. Keep in touch

Breeze...knocking vibrant leaves down as if they were snowflakes...brushing my cheek like a last kiss of summer...blowing under a sky ofblue denim ...hiding the promise of an autumn rain for tomorrow.

I looked up and saw the picture of my great aunt Rose, who loved me so much when I was a child. It always makes me smile. xo Laura

Lexi, our chocolate lab, is curled into a little ball and is sound asleep at my feet. Seeing her there brings a feeling of peace and calm.

Great pictures of your cranberry glass. Nice to see the sunshine outside the window too!
