Girls' Tea Party Brings Holiday Cheer to Little Hearts

News of the little girls' tea party spread fast.

It immediately produced excitement.

"What outfit should I wear?"

"What will they serve?"

"A party just for me? And I'm not even a grown-up!"

A darling older girl, with a heart of gold, planned the party for the little ones. (There she is on the right!)

The table looked adorable.

See those little Santas? They encased the silverware!

Lots of goodies got gobbled as well as hot chocolate "tea."

In addition, there was a lovely fire in the fireplace and red shoes, too!

This little hand helped  itself to the colored marshmallows before
the "tea" even arrived.

The rug under the table for precaution was a very good  idea, to catch spills.

The attendees looked darling in their sweet, holiday outfits.

Most of all, the party filled each guest to bursting with happiness!

And a good time was had by all!

HAVE YOU EVER HOSTED A CHILDREN'S CHRISTMAS TEA PARTY?

I haven't hosted a little girls' tea party since I was a little girl. But it was so much fun. This brought back memories. The photos are darling!!! What a wonderful gift for those little girls. You can see delight on their faces. :-)

You have got me there I have never given young ones a tea party - been to them myself as a grown up - going to one on the 31st!

The girls were all so beautiful!

I've given many many Christmas parties for my private students but never a tea party. This one looked like it was so much fun for not only the one who put it on but the recipients...they all look so so cute in their "finery" as well as the treats that they were served. yummy!

I never have hosted a children's tea party, but I remember so vividly a Christmas morning so long ago. My two sisters and I came down the curving staircase to behold a little lace covered table set with a beautiful red and white tea set. My dear mother had set it up after we were in bed and we were all so thrilled and excited to come down on Christmas morning and have our breakfast there.

I have a sweet little grandaughter now and I think I will have to set up a little table and have a tea party with her, very soon.

The tea party in your post was adorable as were all the "little ladies" attending. How fun!
