"Lobstah" Lusciousness


This post is not meant to make you  hungry.

It's just a share about recent vacation "treats."

Oh gosh, summertime is clam and lobster time.

There are clam "strips" and then  there are whole-bellied clams. Both are yummy but the whole bellies are to die for.


Love lobster rolls as well as the whole shebang that has to be cracked to garner the sweet and tender lobster meat.  Then, of course, it must be dipped in melted butter.  Mmm mmm mmm

Instead of fries with the lobster roll, I ordered cole slaw. See what a good decision that was?



On a recent mini-vacation, we enjoyed both lobster and clams.

I also ate salad and drank lots of ice water with lemons so that was good, right?  (hee hee)

Now I don't think they have a lot of calories do they? I still have never eaten a lobster - but one day I am - have you ever cooked a live one?

Barbequed pulled pork or brisket, but never steak or seafood. I'm a chicken and fish eater, but once in a while a burger or barbeque sandwich.
My New England friend swore by clams with whole bellies. The thought sickens me, but when we tried them, they were yummy.
