Retain That Christmas Spirit!

This is such  a lovely but busy time of year.

Luckily, there were ripe bananas being stashed in the freezer.

So for little gifts to sweet members of a book club, I made banana breads.

They were wrapped simply in Saran Wrap and then spiffed up with pretty red and gold ribbons.

The Christmas luncheon with book club friends  was nice and early enough in December that rushing wasn't necessary.

It's important to retain the Christmas spirit amidst the rush of the days.

WHAT IS  YOUR FAVORITE SWEETBREAD?

Yum, looks good. I used to love strawberry bread but it has so much sugar in it. I also have a little lemon bread that is wonderful...but alas, lots of sugar too. But breads go so well with hot tea!

Susan, I have been on vacation and am catching up. That rocking chair reminded me of the green toilet seat. LOL

What a nice gift to give to your friends in the book club, Susan. I love banana bread, and every year Jess' fiancé makes our family a banana loaf with chocolate chips. It's so yummy.

Have a merry and bright Christmas season!

love, ~Sheri
