He, the Christ Child, is still the reason for the season.
In the midst of the craziness of these next few days before Christmas, think of Him.
He will bring you peace that the world cannot give and fill your heart with more love than you thought possible.

Each day I try to still my rambling mind and say THANK YOU, instead of plead on behalf of someone or some thing. Take time to remember, such truth.
I'm all done..just want to savor the next few days calmly and with gratitude!
Still some baking and some wrapping to be done. A trip to the grocery store also is on the to do list. For tonight, a glass of wine, a homemade pizza and watching a movie will help to slow things down!
Hope you are ready and enjoying the week leading up to the big day. Peacefulness, gratitude, being in the moment; all things to strive for this week.
I try to use Him as my center - when I take my eyes off Him - things get messed up.
We're still winding up the preparations for Christmas Day. We have 19 coming for dinner. In the midst of it all, my heart yearns towards His warm and beautiful presence.
