Palm Sunday

One week to go until Easter.

Every year, the big bush in the front yard gets covered with colorful plastic Easter eggs.

This year, however, we might have to forgo that colorful phenomena.

There is just too much snow to trudge through to get to the bush.  Whaaaa  whaaa

Hopefully, there will be other years.

Today is Palm Sunday.

Long palm fronds are distributed in church, commemorating the entrance of Jesus into Jerusalem via donkey.

The crowd welcomed Him by waving the palms.

Hope you have a peaceful Palm Sunday!

DO YOU HAVE ANY SPECIAL PLANS FOR THIS PALM SUNDAY?

Yes I do. Going to see a Passion Play with chorus and orchestra at a local church. I'm looking forward to it.

Sending warm spring wishes to melt that snow away.

I could always feel Jesus's love of the little children on palm Sunday. That day was more exciting to me than Easter.
