Today's post is food-related.
Hubs and I accompanied a friend out to dinner on his birthday.
While planning to have scallops or lobster, the restaurant we chose had neither.
So, I tried a Chicken Florentine dish. It turned out to be delicious.
It had artichokes, spinach, feta cheese, and chicken, of course, in a lemony sauce, served over pasta. Mmm mmm mmm
The restaurant brought our friend a brownie with ice -cream, cream, a cherry, and a lighted candle.On another occasion recently, and in another restaurant, a friend and I had some curry noodles that were delish.
The restaurant had mini-desserts that didn't make a person feel guilty.
The butterscotch pudding was the perfect size!

Your meal looked good, but I would not have guessed that to be called Chicken Florentine, but it was.
My favorite dessert - hmmmm - I like a small hot fudge like that!

the brownie bite looks delicious. perfect with a candle to celebrate a birthday.
I almost always skip dessert when I go out to eat. I love the main meal too much and I'm always too full for dessert.
It all looks delish.
My top favourite dessert choice is creme brulee.
Then, a nice rich cheesecake without the fruity topping.
Then, the brownie bite (bite, mind, not a whole cake like some serving portions).
I always enjoy the questions you pose in your posts. They are good prompts for mulling.
