A Reindeer Teddy Bear

One of the best things we can do around the holidays, (or anytime, for that matter), is provide opportunities for visitors to smile.

That's why I love to set little scenes in every room in the house.

One Christmas season, a long time ago, when we lived in a different state,  I found adorable little bears dressed as reindeer.

They came in a huge variety and a couple of dozen of the cutie pies came home with me.

That year, friends and family all received gifts of the reindeer bears because it brings me great joy to share loved objects with others.

Seen in this post is one of the reindeer bears between two green glass trees!  They are on a bathroom counter.

We will show you some of his cousins another day.

DO YOU SAVE CHRISTMAS DECORATIONS YEAR AFTER YEAR OR DO YOU TOSS AND BUY NEW ONES?

That bear is so cute! I use decorations year after year but usually end up buying something new each season. After awhile my style of decorating changes and I'll edit my stuff.

Oh, I like your idea of providing opportunities in your decorating for visitors to smile. Lovely.

Your little bear is sweet!

We save Christmas decorations from year to year. When I finally get tired of something or want something new, then I pack them up for the thrift store. But I usually keep things for years and years.

Wishing you a lovely weekend!

I save mine until they are no longer functional. I have some I don't even use anymore but remain in a box. I downsize each year as I age.

That little bear is ADORABLE. No I use the same ones - mostly the ones my dear mom made - they are gorgeous!
