Happy Friday!

Hello Everyone!

A good rule of thumb for me, when purchasing any household decoration, is if it makes me smile, or laugh out loud, it's a keeper.

Most of my holiday decorations have been around for many years. Some have even survived decades of use.

The one shown today at the top of this post is one of my faves.

No doubt about it, I love decorating, even this tiny space.

In the past, we had a big house and I adored putting decorations for holidays in every room.

Even in the fairly new digs, things look festive and colorful.

That some decorations make someone smile is an extra bonus.

This morning I found a plastic bin that stores fall and Halloween decor.

A big red "ruby" had fallen off of my favorite Halloween mask but alas, it was found on the bottom on the plastic tote. Hurray!  It got a quick glue job.

Enjoy your day today.

I just wanted to pop in and say "hello" and let you know you are in my thoughts.

I save Halloween cards and put those out each year along with stuffed pumpkins and fall floral bouquets. I used to put skeletons up and so forth but have cut down in my old age. I'm glad you saved some decorations for your new digs.

Oh HEY Susan... Happy to see your post. I have bins of decorations for holidays, but I am passing much of the stuff down to my daughters. They have great memories about some of the items. The mask is all fixed up now. Even the small places in our lives need decorating...

It must have been so fun digging through your Fall bin, Susan, and finding all your delightful things. We always get excitement bringing our goodies out for the holidays. We have our favorites, like you said, that's for sure.

Have a pleasant October weekend, dear Susan.
