Making Happy Weekend Memories

This weekend marks the last, lingering hours to spend with my sister, Diane, who has been visiting from southern California.

As we get older, traveling becomes harder and with the airline delays, it is even more challenging.

I give my older sister credit for traveling alone cross country. That takes courage and stamina and she has them!

Oh, what a week we've had, visiting other sisters, (there are five of us), cousins, and our 97 year old auntie, attending a big dinner made by a dear niece, Amy,  and going out to eat in restaurants. 

It has been delightful but it all comes to an end on Sunday when she flies back to the place she calls home.

My heart remains filled with gratitude for the precious time we have been able to share.

This weekend, I also wish you, my blog family,  joy, peace, and deep contentment.

You are so very special and precious to me.
