May your Sunday be sweet and serene as well as sunny.

It's just nice to slow down and breathe.

Sometimes, if I'm stretched-out on a lounge in the backyard, I'll start thinking of all the things that need doing.

But it's important that we take time sometimes to do nothing.

We give ourselves a much needed break from busyness and that's a good thing!

Most of the time, we try to be thoughtful of others.

Well, it's important to be good to ourselves, too. 

Why not put that into practice today?
