Spotted him while strolling the main, shop-lined street in Rockport, Massachusetts.
Today really does call for slowing down.
Yesterday, a 24 hour flu gripped me with fierce claws.
It was not fun.
Today, life is back and keeping a slower pace is definitely in order.
