Teapot and Roses

 Anything with roses calls to me.

If they are pink, they make my heart jump.

So to receive this gorgeous rose-covered teapot in the mail made my birthday very special.

It was from a dear friend, Cathy, in Arizona.  

She sent it all the way to Massachusetts at a very 
large cost! ($18.00. Ouch)

Another friend Dolores, brought over a perky bouquet of fall flowers. So, so pretty!

There were many phone calls, cards and other gifties, too.

This basket of darling gifts was from my daughter, son-in-law and granddaughter. 

They included gift cards to most of my favorite places! So thoughtful!

My daughter had a pumpkin cheesecake ready for candles (and eating), too!

Fall is a great time to have been born and every time the season rolls around,  I remain glad to be alive!
