Two of them in my collection remind me of places I'd still love to visit.The dancer at the top of this post makes me dream of seeing flamenco dancers in Spain!
How I would love to visit that beautiful country. (And Italy, too!)
The Anne of Green Gables doll finds me yearning to go to Prince Edward Island.
Just to see the rolling green grass and quaint countryside that Anne so loved starts me thinking of a visit there.

I think I'd like to tour the English countryside....or Italy. Or French countryside. (Note the "countryside" theme.)
I can almost "hear" the music as I look at that beautiful Spanish dancer, Susan!
I would like to go to England and Ireland to see Beatrix Potter's home in England and to just tour Ireland. I have been to Prince Edward Island and it is gorgeous, I would go back there again. I tend to go where my heart felt authors have lived, Gladys Tabor and Tasha Tudor. Try and do American gardens, also. Longwood and Cantigney.
I, too, would love to visit Prince Edward Island to see where Anne lived. Lucy Montgomery has captured it all so vividly in her writing, but it would be fun to actually be there. Also, would like to visit France and the wine country. Maybe someday.....
Well I've been to Prince Edward Island and to Italy twice but have never seen Spain or France so those would be on my list if I ever win the lottery!
Oh, your Spanish doll stole my heart, as I am part Spanish myself. The girls LOVE to travel, Susan, (and Jess has been to Spain). My dream is to go to Italy and Greece someday.

Hello Susan.... catching up on your posts today... I've been a bit busy lately..
I love the gorgeous Cow in your Spring post..... and ... I'm going to put the Copy Cat soup in my recipe book.... it looks great , I love soup with pasta in it...
... and as for travelling.. well.. anywhere in the world would be fine with me.. I've been around Australia and to France and I like travelling.. but I've always said I wanted to go to Prince Edward Island and see where Anne lived..... and to see Japan in Cherry Blossom time... maybe one day...xxxxx
