Father's Day, 2016, we celebrated two great dads by having a delicious breakfast, made with love.
There were scrambled eggs mixed with sauteed onions, crisp bacon, beans, rice, fried platanos (in the banana family), and delicious fruit tray with cantaloupe, honey dew melon and cherries.
Everyone was told to save room for fresh strawberry shortcake!
It turned out to be a totally yummy, if decadent, treat.
I used my Bavarian china and Michaelangelo silverware by Oneida.
The dads, God bless them, loved their special breakfast as well as gifts.
WHEN YOU CELEBRATE WITH A BREAKFAST, WHAT DO YOU SERVE?

Your food choices were fabulous.
Looks like the perfect meal with just the right touches to make it extra special.
.. what a fabulous breakfast.
We don't do breakfast at our place on a normal day so any early celebration would have to be early lunch.
...we would probably have a bbq and vegetable platter followed by hubby's scones with jam and cream and a fruit platter.

Someday I am coming for breakfast! lol I don't really ever celebrate with breakfasts.
What a Yummy breakfast. That was nice of you to make it for Father's Day. I've tried fried bananas once, and I love them! Your china adds a special touch to the table.
