Oh Baby, It's Cold Outside....
Oh baby, it IS cold outside.
We are experiencing some very chilly temps in western Massachusetts.
It's clothing layering time.
The sweet little snowman, shown at top of post, takes center stage on a kitchen windowsill.
He has smile-making power, don't you think?
The third week of Advent is also starting in the Christian church.
We look forward to celebration, once again, of the Baby Jesus' birth, just a couple of weeks away.
WHAT DO YOU LOVE ABOUT CHRISTMAS?
I have to say, I love everything! But my favorite part is people being Elves. I get the most fun out of doing little surprises for folks who do not expect it. And I love it when everyone is kind to one another. Makes my holiday for me! :) Stay warm! Kit
ReplyDeleteHe is a cutie and talk about cold - we are having it tooooooooooo!
ReplyDeleteI love that Christmas represents Jesus - and because of Jesus - if we repent and believe - He will be our sacrifice to get to Heaven.
Heaven is going to be wonderful!
Love, sandie
your pastel color candles are very nice indeed.
ReplyDeleteI love everything about Christmas...especially singing at midnight Mass with the wonderful church choir I belong to.
ReplyDeleteEnjoy the cold where you live...so glad it isn't me..ha. Enjoy your adorable decorations too.
Christmas is such a blessed season. I love the sense of anticipation, knowing something special is about to happen. My favorite part is getting together with family and friends.
ReplyDeleteYour little window sill Santa is sweet.
ReplyDeleteI love sitting in the living room with only the tree lights shining.
I love everything about it!
ReplyDeleteYour little snowman on the window sill does make me smile. Advent is such a special time. I can see that you appreciate it, Susan.
