Cherish the Moment

Hearing about someone seeing the world through "rose colored glasses" as being something negative, never set well with me.

It implies that a person is seeing things in an a skewed way rather than realistically.

It is perfectly good to see things optimistically, rather than pessimistically, right?

First of all, in a literal sense, rose-colored glass, such as cranberry glass, is  quite breathtaking.

Actually, it doesn't matter what color glass you may be looking through, as long as your mindset is focused on the positive.

The important thing is to enjoy each moment of life, as much as possible.

We must cherish each breath we are able to take on our own.

So today, look through whatever colored glass you want and just enjoy the moment!

WHAT HELPS YOU REMAIN POSITIVE ON A DAY TO DAY BASIS?

My little great grandson brings me such joy, but I also like reading a book outside on a breezy day outside.

Yes, I always thought it was strange when people mocked the saying "seeing the world through rose colored glasses." I think it's a nice and positive way to view the world. I love all your blue colored glass, Susan.
