Just like the "big" house, getting the dollhouse ready for Christmas is a lot of work.
It's also painstaking work because everything is so tiny.
Santas smaller than a baby finger, the tiniest wrapped presents, itsy bitsy nutcrackers, and so on, into the enchanting world of miniatures.
During the year, most of the decorations are kept in plastic bags inside a Christmas-themed box.
Last week, they were hauled out.
The dollhouse decorating is coming along.
We will share it with you when it's finished.
Actually, we are decorating two dollhouses this year, a small one and a much larger one.
Having a hobby one loves adds to life's unforgettable gifts.
WHAT DO YOU LOVE TO WORK ON AT THIS TIME OF YEAR?

The first tree - I THOUGHT WAS REAL! It was gorgeous. Do you make them fresh every year or do you save them with the other things? I love your miniatures and you have it decorated so pretty. Sandie
Your doll house as well as big house always looks very decorative and lovely Susan. Enjoy your hobby.
So many tiny things.

How fun to get the doll house ready for Christmas. The little snowmen are so cute, and you have quite a collection of small Santa's. I have a desk that looks very much like this one. Aren't miniatures the cutest things ever? Enjoy this wonderful time of year, Susan.
